Terms of Service
Work Adda — operated by Flitzen
Work Adda is licensed to businesses, not to the general public. Access is by invitation from a workspace administrator at a subscribing business. By signing in you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between Flitzen ("we", "us") and the business that subscribes to Work Adda ("Customer"), and they also bind each individual user the Customer authorises ("you"). If you do not agree, do not use Work Adda.
1. The service
Work Adda is a workspace tool for organising structured business data. It provides smart tables with custom columns and attachments, folders, task assignment and reminders, team collaboration, reporting with branded PDF exports, and an API for integrating the Customer's own systems. It is available as a web application at work-adda.com and as Android and iOS apps.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Accounts are created by a workspace administrator at the Customer, or by registration that the Customer approves. There is no open self-service signup.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the Customer to use the workspace.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at workaddaappflitzen@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
3. Customer data and ownership
The Customer owns all data it and its users put into Work Adda. We claim no ownership over it. We store and process it solely to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We own Work Adda itself — the software, design, branding and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the Customer's internal business purposes for as long as the subscription is active. Nothing else is granted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Work Adda to send unsolicited, bulk, promotional or marketing messages of any kind, to any channel, including WhatsApp.
- Upload mobile numbers or email addresses that were purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise obtained without the consent of the people they belong to.
- Store or transmit anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing of someone else's rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems or another customer's workspace.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written permission.
- Use the API in a way that degrades the service for others, or exceed documented rate limits.
- Use Work Adda for any purpose prohibited by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or the WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy.
Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension.
5. Notifications
Work Adda sends transactional notifications by WhatsApp, email and in-app push to the users of a workspace about activity in that workspace. By adding a person's mobile number to a workspace, the Customer confirms that it has that person's consent to contact them on it, and that the number belongs to an employee or authorised member of the Customer's organisation.
The Customer is responsible for obtaining and evidencing that consent. Recipients may opt out at any time, by replying STOP, by changing their notification settings, or by contacting us — and we will honour it immediately. We may suspend a workspace that generates opt-out or spam complaints.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Work Adda available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can. Support is available by email at workaddaappflitzen@gmail.com during business hours.
7. Third-party services
Work Adda relies on third parties — including the WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, Brevo for email, and Google Firebase for push notifications and sign-in. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
8. Fees
Fees, billing cycle and any usage charges are set out in the Customer's subscription agreement or order form. Messaging volumes carry per-message charges levied by the messaging provider and are billed as agreed. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
9. Suspension and termination
- The Customer may terminate at any time by giving notice and ceasing to use the service.
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are breached, if fees are unpaid, or if continued use would expose us or others to legal or security risk.
- On termination the Customer may request an export of its data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Work Adda is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost — the Customer is responsible for keeping its own copies of anything critical.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
The Customer will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from its data, from its use of the service in breach of these Terms, or from messages sent to recipients who had not consented to receive them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify workspace administrators by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. The Customer may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, are the entire agreement between the parties.
